I’ve never had to write a letter like this, and I don’t know how to start it. As I’m sure you know, I’m someone who has always prided himself on providing exemplary service to his customers, and I’ve done all I can to ensure that the needs of my diverse customer base are met every day. I must, though, both acknowledge that I am but a mere human.
Between supply chain issues, staffing woes, and a considerable portion of our customer base closing down due to the COVID-19 pandemic themselves, I must acknowledge that our company has been dealt a fatal blow by the pandemic.
After much soul searching and after taking a clear, objective view into the route towards future sustainability of the business, I have made the difficult decision to close HLV Technologies. Our last day of business will be October 31, 2021.
On behalf of my team, I would like to thank all of our customers with which we have done business over the years. We have forged many relationships and made many friends, and I will miss making a difference in the small businesses of the Lehigh Valley.
For our managed service customers, I will discontinue all recurring billing effective October 7, 2021. If you identify a new IT service provider to whom you would like to transition your services, please have them reach out to me – and I will make sure that services are transitioned to them seamlessly.
